Refund and Returns Policy

Services:

• Puja Bookings & Consultations: Once booked, these are non-refundable as arrangements and materials are specially prepared for your ritual. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a partial refund (50%).

Products:

• Gemstones, Rudraksha, Yantras: Non-returnable once consecrated (energized). If damaged on delivery, we offer replacements or credit.

• Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. Item must be unused and in original packaging.
